Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Donations

Donations made to Yellow Streets are non-refundable.

In case of a payment error, users must report it within 2 weeks for resolution.

2. Merchandise Purchases

Refunds are allowed within 2 weeks of purchase for defective/damaged items.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

Transaction fees (if applicable) may be deducted from refunds.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders for merchandise can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Canceled orders will be refunded within 7-10 business days.
